Outstanding A Level, T Level and BTEC Results Open Doors to Leading Universities, Apprenticeships and Future Careers
Painsley Catholic College is celebrating another exceptional year of Sixth Form success, as students achieved outstanding A Level, T Level and BTEC results, securing places at some of the UK’s most prestigious universities and embarking on exciting degree apprenticeships with leading employers.
The impressive results reflect the ambition, resilience and commitment shown by students throughout their studies, supported by the dedication of staff and the continued encouragement of parents and carers.
Whether progressing to careers in medicine, engineering, computer science, architecture, psychology, theology or business, this year’s cohort has demonstrated that hard work, determination and a commitment to excellence truly create a bridge to future success.
This year Painsley Sixth Form celebrates:
- 50% grades awarded A*/B or equivalent
- 100% A*/E grade
- 78% Distinction or higher for applied general qualifications
- 95% of T Level students achieved merit or higher (equivalent to 3 B’s at A Level)
- 83% A*/A in the Extended project qualification
- Students progressing to leading universities including Cambridge, Manchester, Durham, Warwick, York, Liverpool and Lancaster.
- Students securing prestigious degree apprenticeships with organisations including Rolls Royce and the NHS
